An Evening At LCWS
Friday, May 21, 2010 from 5:00 to 8:00 pm in Upper Lake, Lake County Wine Studio, Kathy Suzuki of Kizuna Fusion prepared Japanese cuisine and vertical wine pairing of Sauvignon Blanc and Cabernet Sauvignon from Noggle Vineyard. The evening’s menu featured chicken karage, garlic sauce savory soba noodles with grilled New York strip steak and additional Japanese specialties of inari sushi, edamame, bittersweet chocolates and ginger crackers.

As always, it was a fun evening at a great venue. Keep up with the events a LCWS, it is the perfect place to spend an evening.
