2) McFadden Vineyards

McFadden stole the show on the food in this section of the street. The small tasting room houses a bar, the freezer of McFadden Organic beef, a selection of olive oils and spices and a very surprisingly thorough selection of gifts. When you walk into the tasting room you are greeted by John Ceasno, a combination of an exceptional wine talent and a seasoned entertainer. You will learn more about wine in the time you spend there than you will learn about wine in hours of internet searching. If John doesn’t satisfy your curiosity with his bits of wisdom, just ask, he can fill in the blanks. To reach the crescendo of the McFadden experience, you had to walk through the tasting room and into the back yard. The barbeque grill out there was fired up and dressed with tri-tip roasts by a table loaded with pasta and Caesar salads. The picnic tables set up were turning and always full with Guiness McFadden presiding over it all.
