Summer Pairings Continue at High Valley Vineyard

High Valley Vineyard – 13151 East Highway 20, Clearlake Oaks, Ca., will be hosting their next food and wine pairing on Saturday July 31, 5:30 – 8:30. Guest will enjoy a four course dinner with wine pairings by Cache Creek Catering. The evening’s menu  will feature pinenut biscotti and yerba santa goat cheese truffles, field greens with fried olives and balsamic port vineagrette, New York strip steak with Parmesan butter, fresh corn cakes and blackberry sorbet with dark chocolate truffles. Jazz music provided by George Husaruk.
