Visiting Those that Serve the God Enos in Hopland

We hopped over the hill for a quick Hopland trip today and found some really fun surprises.  The first was a chocolate infused port that McNab Ridge just released.  I’m so curious about who had the idea, what the process is and how it is done.  The end result is delicious, a kind of cherry cordial in a glass.

And the second surprise was found at McFadden Ranch Winery Tasting Room.  Gary Krimont shared their Brut Sparkling Wine and he made a little turtle out of the wire that holds the cork.  Very fun, very cute and very delicious.
